simple uncensored way that worked on most 3d scenes.
1:go to sw uncensor first to download the sw uncensored plugin. download on the site i gave and make sure u download the right one(windows x64 if on windows)
2: put bepin into the game file where the main .exe at.
3: open the game once. on this step, the very first time u open the game w/ bepin. it's going to be slower than just open the game. just give it some time. once u got in to the main menu. u can leave and do the next step.
4: put sw uncensor il2ccp file in to bepInEX/plugins
5: open the game again and it should work

2d scenes ? may be 2d images are baked. not use a soft-mosaics.
Doesn't it use Live2D? That means the only censorship would be if it used static censored image parts and the mosaic looks dynamic.
They would have to use actual video for that kind of censorship baking which kind of defeats the point of Live2D.
That's my suspicion anyway.
The default config doesn't seem to catch it so you have to hunt it down manually if it isn't baked.

some textures of genitalia are baked(live2D). those textures need to be redrawn.

There is definitely some kind of dynamic shader going on in the 2D scenes on top of censored images.
It might also be a weird name outside of *mosa*, but couldn't find anything else with asset studio.

EDIT: Found it! You need to set RendererOnlyCheckMode = false as it's in a mono behaviour, just RemoveKeyWords = *mosa* should work.
