Warning: Spoilers ahead.

How to Get Away With Murder -- the undisputed mayor of Cliffhanger City -- has done it again.

The TV drama closed out its second season Thursday night with an episode full of the twists and turns that light Twitter afire -- from an insane end to the season's ongoing mansion mystery, to a new tragic twist in Wes' increasingly terrible life.

Regarding the former: Caleb -- one half of the sibling duo no one has trusted all season -- is dead. He killed himself after it was revealed that not only had he killed his parents, but he murdered Philip's mother in order to gain all of his parents' fortune.

This came to light after Caleb attempted to work with police to bring down Annalise. He will not be doing that again -- because he's super dead.

Meanwhile, major drama unfolded at the house as Annalise took off back to her home. (Because when you find out your closest associate is even more murdery than you thought he was, you just gotta get outta dodge.) There, Annalise found closure of another kind, as she finally confessed to her mother that she'd once had a baby who died.

That led to a powerful scene in which her mom forced her to say goodbye to her baby properly and Viola Davis pretty much destroyed everyone's souls.

"His name was Sam," Annalise told her mom as she cried.

It was devastating.

Once back at her house, Annalise got yet another shock when she learned that Frank was also responsible for baby Sam's death. He'd accepted some major cash to arrange for that car to crash into pregnant Annalise.

Annalise would obviously want this handled, right? Well, too bad. Frank is gone. Where? We're not sure.

What we do know is that in the final moments of the episode, Wes worked up the courage to confront his father and just seconds after he told him he was his son, Mahoney was shot in the head -- in front of Wes.

It's going to be several months until any answers are provided and until then, we wait and reflect on our changed lives. Yes, this was a life-changing finale for many viewers. How? Glad you asked...
