According to Teslarati, that house is a Boxabl "Casita," a type of flat-pack construction, which is unfolded into place onsite. According to the New York Times, it's a ranch house worth $50,000. Boca Chica residents have complained that SpaceX has tried to strongarm them out of their homes near the launch site, according to the Wall Street Journal.
