Awards shows are up and down, and often filled with the unexpected, but there's one constant — Guillermo, Jimmy Kimmel's colleague, will always be backstage casually doing shots of tequila with the winners.

He did it with the Multiverse of Madness cast recently, he's done it at the Oscars, and he did it again at the 2022 Emmys, treating the likes of John Oliver, Brett Goldstein, and the entire cast of Ted Lasso to some of his "tea" ("the T stands for tequila," he gleefully explains).

Glorious.
