Reality is pretty damn depressing right now, and we don't know about you, but we could definitely use a break.

Perhaps into, say... a quaint Greek island where everyone gets laid, time and age have no meaning, and the locals frequently break out into song and dance.

If that describes you, you're in luck, because we've got a new Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again featurette clip to provide that much-needed breather.

In it, the film's stars – including Meryl Streep, Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan, and Christine Baranski – gush about how wonderful it was to come together 10 years after the original to shoot the sequel.

It's cute. It's sweet. It's the two minutes of joy you'll need to get through the rest of your morning. You're welcome.

Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again is out on digital now, and hits Blu-ray and DVD Oct. 23.
