Well, today's the day. And to mark this momentous Election Day, Tracy Chapman gave a rare TV performance of her powerful 1988 song "Talkin' 'Bout A Revolution" on Late Night with Seth Meyers. Only this appearance, her first TV performance in five years, featured a special message.

As the four-time Grammy winner sang the words that many of us know off by heart, she tweaked the lyrics at the very end of the song. Instead of singing "talkin' bout a revolution, oh no," Chapman replaced the final lyrics with "go vote."

You wouldn't want to disappoint Tracy Chapman now, would you?
