Will the trailer for Parker Quinn's Smile be the creepiest of 2022? It's probably too early to say, but it's certainly going to be up there.

Starring Sosie Bacon and Kal Penn, Smile follows a therapist who has a disturbing encounter with a patient who claims she can see something that isn't there. Then, the therapist finds herself on a trail of grisly deaths that all seem to be linked together (yes, it's got quite the It Follows style).

Throw in some creepy footage of people smiling blankly at the camera and we have one heck of a nope-fest on our hands.

Smile lands in theatres Sept. 30.
